Sometimes a walk in nature can bring messages of hope and inspiration.

A friend and I were certainly not expecting these words written on a sandy beach on a sunny afternoon.
These messages in the sand will fade.
But it is a good reminder... creativity never stops, whether it be in nature or in people.
As we live our lives during these uncertain times, it is never too late to learn from nature and draw strength and inspiration from it. Like these rare birds (photo on the right is from a professional birder in Victoria, BC).

This upcoming March, how are you going to welcome spring 2022? ...Last year's blog post on spring is a good read for those needing some inspiration in regards to detoxing and best skincare practices. Check it out or send it to a friend who may need some springπΏspiration.

It’s so true that nature conveys positivity and bring us the message of hope and inspiration. “Look deep into nature, and then you will understand everything better” from Albert Einstein.
It was Henry David Thoreau who wrote, “Heaven is under our feet as well as over our heads.” And let’s be assured by the wise words of the ancient Chinese sage Lao Tzu: “Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.”
Thank you for the lovely photos!

This is wonderful, thanks for sharing these observations Margaret, from people who have left us some perspective in history about such matters.
