We are living in extraordinary times, no matter how comfortable and modern life can be, life can be stressful.

We have lived through our first-world lockdown experience in the last few years. And much more is happening around us than we can ever understand.

Virtueberry started a blog during the global lockdown time, and was inspired to write about post covid renaissance thoughts, which you can read here for 2020 and 2021.

Sometimes one of the only things we can change in our lives-to make it better-is our self-care.

Self-care may encompass surrounding yourself with beauty, including skincare products, taking time outs, meditation, connecting with good people and literature, and more.

Take a moment for introspection, and ask yourself questions like: what helped improve my well-being this year?
