Here are some simple recipes that our special Vancouver Island Herbology Professor will share with you all for your beauty and wellness this fall!
DIY AntiAging RoseHip Facial Oil
Infuse the rosehip seed oil with lavender, chamomile and roses.
Before removing the flower herbs, let them sit in the rosehip oil for about 2 weeks, in a more dark and cool place.
Changing of the fall season tea
"I like this simple formula as it's nutrient dense and contains some extra Vitamin C. The ginger warms the body as the nights become chilly.
- 1 part Rosehips
- 1 part Hibiscus
- 1 part Nettles
- 1 part Ginger
Infuse 1 teaspoon per cup for 10 to 15 minutes. Always cover the cup, strain, drink and enjoy." -Betty Norton
